Terms of Service

AImpulse provides editorial and quantitative intelligence on AI tools, including rankings, profiles, comparisons, alerts, and related content.

Scores and commentary are informational and educational. They are not investment, legal, financial, procurement, security, or product-safety advice, and they are not guarantees that any tool is suitable for your use case.

AI-generated recommendations and summaries may be incomplete or wrong. You should verify important decisions independently before relying on them.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at contact@aimpulse.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current when using paid features.

Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest the site or APIs in ways that degrade the service for others or bypass intended product limits.

Do not abuse or overload APIs, automation, scoring, email, comments, billing, or account systems beyond normal human or application use we reasonably intend.

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or security-sensitive content through AImpulse.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, legal compliance, or to protect the service and other users.

Pro is billed monthly unless a different cadence is shown at checkout. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and payment details are shown by the checkout provider before purchase.

Payments, invoices, renewals, refunds, and customer portal access are handled by LemonSqueezy or another payment provider we identify at checkout.

You can cancel a paid subscription through the account billing portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated by the payment provider.

We will not intentionally make cancellation harder than sign-up. If the billing portal is unavailable, contact us at contact@aimpulse.app and we will help.

Index scores and tiers reflect publicly observable signals and our methodology, not endorsements, sponsorships, or guarantees of quality, safety, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Tools cannot buy a higher score or leaderboard position. If AImpulse ever adds sponsorships, advertisements, affiliate links, or paid content, those placements will be clearly disclosed and separated from score methodology.

Vendors may ask us to correct factual ingestion errors, but they do not control scores or editorial conclusions.

AImpulse owns the site design, original copy, rankings, scoring presentation, and product experience, except for third-party names, logos, marks, and source material owned by their respective owners.

Tool names, logos, and public facts are used for identification and market-intelligence purposes. If you believe content is inaccurate or infringes rights, contact us with specific URLs and evidence.
